How much is the security deposit?
The Security Deposit is due with application and is $350 or can be equal to one month's rent per our rental criteria. Contact the leasing office for more information.
What kinds of parking options are available?
Surface lot parking is available at no additional cost to residents. A single covered, assigned parking space (one per apartment) is available for $25 monthly. Separate garages are available for $100 monthly.
How much is the pet fee?
We require a one-time $250 pet fee, which is non-refundable.
We also require a one-time $50 pet DNA registration fee.
How much is the pet deposit?
We require a $250 pet deposit, which is refundable.
How much is the monthly pet rent?
Pet rent is $20 per month, per pet. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment.
Are there restrictions on breeds and types of pets?
Our community is pet-friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Cat and dogs only.

As a resident, you are responsible for all utilities.
