How much is the security deposit?
The Security Deposit is $400.
What kinds of parking options are available?
Garage spaces under the building may be rented for $125 per month, based on availability.
Additional options include:
- Lot A: (Heated parking) $125 a month
- Lot B: (Covered, not heated) $80 a month
- Lot C: (Non-covered) for $60 a month
How much are the pet fees?
We require a one-time $350 pet fee, which is non-refundable.
There is also a $25 per pet annual fee for a PetScreening.com application and profile.
How much is the monthly pet rent?
Pet rent is $35 per month, per pet. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment.
Are there restrictions on breeds and types of pets?
Our community is pet-friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Cats and dogs only.

Are any utilities included in the cost of rent?
Residents are responsible for paying all utilities.
