How much is the security deposit?
The Security Deposit is due with application and is $350 or can be equal to one month's rent per our rental criteria. Contact the leasing office for more information.
What kinds of parking options are available?
Garage parking is available at no additional cost to residents. Storage is available for $35 monthly.
How much is the pet fee?
We require a one-time $350 pet fee, which is non-refundable.
There is also a $25 per pet annual fee for a PetScreening.com application and profile.
How much is the monthly pet rent?
Pet rent is $20 per month, per pet. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment.
Are there restrictions on breeds and types of pets?
Our community is pet friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Cat and dogs only.
