How much is the security deposit?
The Security Deposit is due with application and is $350 or can be equal to one month's rent per our rental criteria. Contact the leasing office for more information.
What kinds of parking options are available?
Covered parking is available for $75 monthly. Garage spaces are available for $85-$125 monthly (depending on size and storage capability). Surface lot parking is available at no additional cost to residents. Storage can be rented for $65 monthly.
How much is the pet fee?
We require a $350 pet fee, which is non-refundable.
There is also a $25 per pet annual fee for a PetScreening.com application and profile.
How much is the monthly pet rent?
Pet rent is $20 per month, per pet. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment.
Are there restrictions on breeds and types of pets?
Our community is pet-friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Cats and dogs only.

Are any utilities included in the cost of rent?
Residents are responsible for paying all utilities.
