Garage spaces under the building may be rented for $140 per month, based on availability.

We require a one-time $250 Pet Fee.
How much is the monthly pet rent?
Pet rent is $40 per month, per pet. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment.
Are there restrictions on breeds and types of pets?
Our community is pet-friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Cats and dogs only.

Are any utilities included in the cost of rent?
Water, sewage, and trash services are billed alongside rent for $55 monthly +$15 per additional resident. As a resident, you are responsible for any electric, heat & hot water and internet/cable/phone services.
