We require a one-time $350 Pet Fee, which is non-refundable.
There is also a $25 per pet annual fee for a PetScreening.com application and profile.
How much is monthly pet rent?
Pet rent is $35 per month, per pet. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment.
Are there restrictions on breeds and types of pets?
Our community is pet-friendly. We allow a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. Breed restrictions apply. Cats and dogs only.
