Garage spaces may be rented for $75 per month, and there is also free unassigned surface lot parking. Please contact our office for details.
How much are the pet fees?
We require a one-time $350 pet fee, which is non-refundable.
There is also a $20 PetScreening.com Application Fee.
How much is the monthly pet rent?
Pet rent is $35 per month, per pet. There is a 2-pet maximum per apartment.
Are there restrictions on breeds and types of pets?
Oaks Hiawatha Station is a cats only community. Please contact our office for details.
Are any utilities included in the cost of rent?
Residents are responsible for paying all utilities.
