Oaks Properties LLC, founded in 1970, is a family owned developer, re-developer and operator of residential rental communities in Minnesota and Texas. As a family company, we focus on developing and acquiring high-quality apartment communities in great neighborhoods.

Oaks Properties owns 1,799 apartment homes in 12 communities with a 98 unit mixed use transit oriented community in development. Nine communities are located in the Twin Cities metropolitan area: Apple Valley, Edina, Minneapolis, Minnetonka and St. Paul. Three communities are located in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex: Coppell, Irving (Las Colinas) and Dallas (White Rock Lake). Our business home is a restored 1910-era brick mansion in Minneapolis.
